🎃 Halloween 5K Run/Walk – Demo Run Presented by Brooks & Fleet Feet
Part of the RecovHER & RestoreHIM Wellness Fest

Lace up with Brooks Running and Fleet Feet and join us on October 31st for a fun, festive, and community-first Halloween 5K Run/Walk — open to all levels, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just out for a spirited stroll.

Highlights include:

👟 Brooks Demo Run – experience the latest Brooks footwear on the run with Fleet Feet leading the community
🧘🏾??? Pre-run breathwork & stretch 
🏃??? Post-run recovery with yoga, guided stretch, and our Recovery Zone powered by Hyperice (Normatec boots, massage guns, foam rollers, hydration area & more)
🎁 Special giveaways and raffles, including Adidas Run Kits (Adidas Evo Sl, t-shirt, running vest, water bottle, adidas sunglasses, etc.) and custom RecovHER gear
👕 First 50 participants will receive a surprise adidas gift 
Halloween vibes encouraged — come in costume, bring a friend, and celebrate wellness with us!

After the run, enjoy discounted tacos from Pata Roja Taqueria, exclusively for 5K participants. 🌮
