Registration will be available onsite at race kit pick-up (see location/times below).

The tradition continues! Please join us on July 1st for the annual Canada Day Road Races—in support of the Canadian Cancer Foundation. There is a run for everyone: 10K, 5K, 1k kids run and 100m tot trot!

RACE INFORMATION:

All participants in the 5K and 10K receive a timing bib, post-race snacks and beverages, free finisher's photos, expert science crafted 5K & 10K Training Plans and prizes for podium runners!

Strollers are permitted on course, however it is requested that you start at the rear.

Start times:

10K: 9:00 am
5K: 9:30 am
1K Kid's Race:  10:00 am
100 Metre Tot Trot: 10:15 am

Prizing:

$100 & Commemorative Plaque for first for place in the 5K and 10K (Medals for Kid's 1K and 100 Metre Trot)
$50 & Commemorative Plaque for second place in the 5K and 10K (Medals for Kid's 1K and 100 Metre Trot)
$25 & Commemorative Plaque for third place in the 5K and 10K (Medals for Kid's 1K and 100 Metre Trot)

Race kit pick-up :

Race Kit Pick-up is only available on Race Day due to Tommy Thompson Park operating hours.

Onsite registration will be available at kit pick-up as well as on race day.

Bag check will be available onsite.

Parking

Free parking will be available onsite.

From the West, Tommy Thompson Park Parking Lot - take Lakeshore Blvd E or the Gardiner Expy, while driving Eastward near South Riverdale, turn right onto Leslie St and drive until Unwin Ave.
