Chelsea's Wish Trips to Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland

Team Madolynn

The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation serves individuals, families and communities affected by epilepsy by raising Awareness of the common yet little-known condition SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy), by providing support and equipment for prevention of this occurrence, and by creating a safe space and raising awareness within the greater community.
CHF provides trips to Epilepsy Awareness Day ay Disney Land every year, this year with the current pandemic, they have had to cancel the much needed fundraisers they had planned for this campaign. They have moved to ?Plan B?. They are asking to be entered for a chance to win a trip, that families help raise funds!
Madolynn lives with Dravet Syndrome. Dravet is a rare, lifelong, catastrophic type of epilepsy. We would love to have an opportunity to connect with other families facing the same battles as we do!
So, my peeps, I am again asking for donations! Big or small it all makes a difference to the families that are selected! 💜
