    FORTUNA TIERRA CLUB'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY!

FUNDRAISING

The Fortuna Tierra Club is hosting, virtually, the fifth annual Log Hill Hustle, Fun Run and fundraiser starting on Sunday, August 30th at 8 AM and finishing on Tuesday, September 8th at 5 PM. After much thought, research, and consideration, we have decided to continue on with our 5K and 10K races in the safest way possible - VIRTUALLY! Racers will have from August 30th through September 8th to complete either a 3.1 or 6.2 mile trek--running, jogging, walking; even with your baby strollers and dogs. You will need to provide your times on the honor system to RM Timing in a google form emailed to you to provide a link to submit your results to RM Timing into a database. Racers who are registered through Running Guru and complete the 5K and 10K races will receive a certificate via email!

Course Description:


  • The race begins and ends where you can measure 5K or 10K routes and report on the honor system in a google form emailed to you that provide a link to submit your results to RM Timing into a database. RM Timing's eamil is info@rmtiming.co.

Directions to start:

If you want to run the 5K and 10K as if it was held in-person, the start is located at Log Hill Fire Station #2 (434 Ponderosa Drive, Ridgway). Ponderosa Drive is accessible from County Road 1 coming from either Ridgway or Colona.

Parking:

No parking needed.

Awards info::

We will award certificates to each finisher via email. We will recognize on the winners' certificates, the 1st and 2nd awards for men's and women's place winners for:
  • Overall winners;
  • Masters (60+) winners; and
  • Winner's in these age groups:
         
 

Additional info

  • 5k and 10k courses are NOT race certified, but are approximately 3.1 miles and 6.2 miles.
