REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY $19.95 (Medal Only) and $34.99 (Medal and MSD Strong T-Shirt).  Proceeds from this race will be donated to several MSD Victim GoFundMe accounts.  T-shirts will be a soft cotton/spandex blend.

A HERO; an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming circumstances. Heroes like Football coach Aaron Feis who passed away by using his own body to shield and protect his students from gunfire. A hero like 15 year old Anthony Borges who risked his life to protect his fellow students and in turn was shot 5 times. The overwhelming bravery and selflessness that was demonstrated on February 14th will never be forgotten. And now it’s our turn to support both the surviving heroes and the families of the heroes who are no longer with us. The proceeds from this race will be dispersed throughout several GoFundMe accounts including:

How to Participate in a Virtual Race:
1. Walk OR Run for 3.10 or 6.20 miles (5K/10K) anytime from 03/02/18 to 04/30/18.

2. Take a clear post-run picture of you and your run phone app or running watch.

3. Upload your run/walk distance and picture to this FB event page (Discussion Tab)

The MSD Strong 5K/10K Finishers Will Receive:
* A beautiful full color Oversized 3.5" medal (As Pictured In The Banner) with Custom Ribbon
(mailed to your registration address - U.S. addresses)

* A warm and fuzzy feeling that you have directly helped those who are desperately in need with a percentage of the registration going to the designated charities below.
