Enter yourself, organization, company, team, or family to participate for free in our 2025 Carlisle Halloween Parade.
Pre-registration is required! Available online, over the phone 717-243-3318, or in person at the Stuart Community Center, 415 Franklin Street.

Registration closes: Monday, October 20

After the deadline, registrants will be emailed with their parking spot number. Numbers will be distributed at the line up site at a check-in table.

Parade General and Staging Information:

• Parade registrants should report to the check-in table located at Biddle Mission Park to pick up their number and confirm that the group has arrived.
• Your entry MUST be decorated and in costume to participate in the parade. Drivers are the only exception.
• NO THROWING CANDY - WALKERS MUST HANDOUT.
• NO horn blowing, paper handouts, trick cars, violence, firearms, explosives, or flashing/swirling lights.
• No trailers over 30ft.
• During staging, please remain on street and sidewalk and NOT on private property.
• REST ROOMS are available at Biddle Mission Park.
• Stopping to perform anywhere along the parade route is NOT allowed and will help prevent gaps from forming.
• 1st-3rd place winners will be selected in divisions I-III. 1st-5th place winners will be selected in division IV. Awards sponsored by: The Dave Hooke Team of Keller Williams of Central PA.
• Monetary amounts for winners: Div 1-3: 1st- $45, 2nd- $35, 3rd- $25. Div IV: 1st- $125, 2nd- $100, 3rd- $80, 4th- $70, 7th- $60.
• The winners for Divisions I, II, and III will be announced at the Square. Division IV winners will be announced at the end of the parade. Winners will be announced on Facebook. If you are a winner, a check will be made out to the contact person, and mailed to the address on file.

Parade Route - kick off @ 7:00 p.m.

From the intersection of North and East Streets, the parade route will go West on E. North Street to Hanover Street; turn south on Hanover Street to Willow Street where parade disbands. Total distance = 0.9 miles start to finish.
