Spencer Smith Park - East Lawn, Burlington, ON

The race will start and finish at Spencer Smith Park - East Lawn near the pier. Seniors 65 and over and youth 16 and under save $10 on registration fees for the 3KM/5KM events. Dogs welcome in the 3K event!

Cash prizes for top finishers and trophies awarded by age category!

1st place: $300
2nd place: $200
3rd place: $100

Race Start Times:

9:00AM - 1KM Race Start

9:30AM - 3KM Race Start

10:00 - 5KM Race Start

The races will start and end at Spencer Smith Park - East Lawn next to the pier. 

Race Results:

The 5KM and 3KM race will be chip timed, race timing services will be provided by Speed River Timing. Results can be found at speedrivertiming.com

Strollers and Dogs:
Strollers are permitted in the race, we just ask that if you are running with a stroller you start at the back of the corral. Dogs welcome in the 3K event!

 JC’s will be serving bagels after the race!
