Family Health 50 Year Celebration 5k

Open to the community and our FH patients. Walkers and Runners welcome!! 
We are celebrating our 50-year anniversary!! We will have door prizes and light refreshments after the race!

Cost: $20 with shirt- registered by 9/1. After 9/1 $20 without shirt. 
Packet Pickup prior to race 3-5:30pm, same day.

Awards: Male/Female Overall, then the top 3 in each age group 0-14,15-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,70+
