DESCRIPTION

Join us for the Trot for Theresa virtual 5K!  This is a virtual race, meaning you can run it anyplace you'd like, on your own time! 

We are asking participants to target the time period of October 1 - October 11, 2020 to complete their 5K run or walk. Once you have completed the race, submit your time on this website.

Participants who register before September 18, 2020 will receive a race T-shirt!
