Train for a 5k with be.well and Coach Katie during Move. We will meet for weekly practices on Wednesday evenings (6pm) and Saturday mornings (9am) at the Lunken Playfield. Train gradually with Coach Katie to build speed, confidence, and team spirit to prepare for the Redlegs Run at the end of our season.
