DESCRIPTION

STRENGTH ONLY: 40 MINS  In person (limited) or join virtually! 

Guided Strength classes to help you get and stay strong for your favorite activity whether it's running in the snow or getting on your skis. Weights, Plyos, Core work, balance, mobility are all incorporated into each class for maximum benefits in minimum time. These classes are especially great for Women 40+ as we take into consideration bone health and changing up our workouts as we age to be at our best. 

STRENGTH + RUN - 55 MINS

HitFit - 50/50 Run + Strength. This is a great all around workout and a fun way to stay in shape through the winter. Short run intervals on treadmill for greatest gains and Strength work similar to above strength class. It's fun workout with like minded people and great chats along the way. 

RUN ONLY - 55 MINS
