DESCRIPTION

Hello Everyone,

The purpose of this race is to raise money for the Interactive Resource Center as well as to create a meaningful experience. All proceeds from this race will go to helping Greensboro fight homelessness, an issue that is rapidly growing not just in Guilford County but across our nation. I want runners to be fueled by aspiration, not just the feeling that they are doing a good deed, but filled with the desire to serve others, for this event to form a community of people who want to help fight this problem. This is what this event is all about.

In this race we will run a 5k from Fleet Feet's Greensboro location, starting and ending at the store. We will have beverages for runners as well as music. We hope to see you there!

Donations of sunscreen, bug spray, and travel-sized toiletries will we collected at the race. All donations are appreciated!
