The Running Elements' "Beginner 5K Training Group" is for walkers or beginner runners looking to complete a 5K Goal!
This is a 10-week Coached Training Group that will meet in-person each Wednesday at 6pm. Individualized, weekly training run/walk goals will be given to each participant. Basic weekly structure will be a Group Training Session each Wednesday at 6pm and then 2-3 independent goals to complete each week.
Timeline:
Wednesday, July 3rd at 6pm: First Gathering / Meet & Greet with your coaches: Juan Guevara and Don Stoner - 10 min group walk
Wed, July 11th - Wed, Sept 11th at 6pm: Group Training & Classroom Discussions
Sat, Sept 14th at 6:30pm: Complete Goal 5K - RUN DAYTONA at Daytona International Speedway
Registration Includes:
