DESCRIPTION

This camp will focus on Pole Vault and Long Jump instruction for beginners and advanced athletes in these disciplines. There will be coaches for both Long Jump and Pole Vault who have have Division I experience in these events. This camp will focus on form as well as sprint mechanics.
