DESCRIPTION

Join us for the 1st Annual Downers Grove, IL Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k Fun Run and Walk on Saturday, October 5, 2024 in celebration of Ostomy Awareness Day.  

All proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc. (UOAA), a 501(c)(3) organization.  Donations are tax deductible (https://www.ostomy.org).

Packet Pick-up

• Friday, October 4, 2024 Pick up will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Byram Healthcare
• Saturday, October 5, 2024 before the start of the run, between 9:00 am to 9:45 am at Byram Healthcare

Race Day Schedule

• 9:00 am to 9:45 am Same day run registration and packet pick-up
• 10:00 am 5k Run/Walk/Roll STARTS
• 11:30 am Awards Ceremony

Register by September 6th and Save!

Take advantage of the 'Early Bird' Registration Fee of $24.00, which includes a unisex adult or youth size T-Shirt and Bib. You will also be guaranteed the T-Shirt size you order. After September 61th, the Registration Fee will increase by $5.00 and T-Shirt sizes are no longer guaranteed. 

Race Course
This fun run will be held on an approximately one-mile circuit from the Byram Healthcare building on Woodcreek Drive.  The route will proceed along Birchwood Place to Lacey Rd. to Woodcreek Drive and back to the Byram building.  

Parking
There is ample free parking at Byram.
