The community tradition continues with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in a 5K and 10K road race for all ages and abilities. The 5K offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile race while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers on the relatively flat and scenic course. The 10K is a double loop with long straightaways, offering a fast course with stunning ocean views along Pequot Avenue.
