Welcome to our Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India! This is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga and become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.

Over the course of this intensive training, you will learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, including its history, philosophy, and key practices. You will also explore the chakras, pranayama techniques, and meditation practices that are central to Kundalini Yoga.

Our experienced teachers will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum that includes daily yoga classes, lectures, and workshops. You will also have the opportunity to practice teaching and receive feedback from our expert faculty.
