We know some of you continue to honor this brilliant and luscious look even in today's ever changing world of fashion trendsetters. For that reason, we salute you and bring you The Mullet 5K Run! Join us and proudly show off your mullet while countless mullet worshipers gaze in awe and wonderment at your artistry. But don't worry...you will be in company of many mullet wannabes as the first 500 runners to register will be given their own mullet to wear on race day!

Course description:
The Mullet 5K Run will be held on the grounds of the National Western Complex. The course starts and finishes on E. 47th Ave & Humboldt St on the east side of the complex. Once underway, the you'll weave throughout the vast areas and rarely seen parts of this impressive Complex. The course will also provide a few unique views as you run inside, through the Event Center and Expo Hall!

The start and finish line will be located on E. 47th Ave & Humboldt St on the east side of the complex.
Parking:
Please see parking map above (next to course map). There is FREE parking in Lot C on race day. On the map, you'll notice there is a short walk from Lot C to the Start/Finish area. For closer parking, Lot J will be open for $10 per vehicle.

Awards will be given to the top overall M/F finishers in the following age categories:
Chip Timing
The Mullet 5K Run will utilize chip timing technology for scoring accuracy. Chips will be distributed during packet pick-up and must be worn during the event. All chips must be returned immediately following the race at the finish line to avoid a $30 penalty.
