The Cameron Fitzwater Memorial Scholarship Foundation was created to celebrate the life of Cameron Taylor Fitzwater by allowing his life and aspirations to live on by helping others pursue their dreams of higher education, as he had planned to do in the fall of 2012. It is about turning tragedy into triumph while developing community spirit and giving.

In Cameron’s memory, the Foundation, in partnership with PCHS, awards four $1,000 scholarships annually.
*Recipients are selected from PCHS seniors who best meet the following criteria: *Applicants must be accepted into a 2 year or 4 year College/University or a Technical School.

*Applicants must have participated in one or more of the following activities: Boy Scouts, Choir, Drama, MACC Academic Team, Track, Wrestling, and/or Young Life.

*Applicants must also write an essay on one of two specified topics.
