There are still entries available on race day, but a bowl (on-site) may need to be picked up at a later date. Please coem to RACE DAY- PACKET PICKUP   8:00am-9:30am for the 10:00am 5k/10k or by 10:30 for the Kids Mile-  LOUISVILLE COMMUNITY PARK- 955 Bella Vista Drive- Louisville 80026  (No runner is turned down)

All You Can Eat Pasta...oh, and a running event:

FOOD, FUN & RUN.... the 2 best things...Running and PASTA...

Trail runners will run on the Coal Creek Trail on a FLAT course...then coem back to receive their Logo'd Pasta Bowl..and Logo'd FORK...for ALL YOU CAN EAT PASTA...from 3 different companies (including gluten free)...then finish with soem ice cream. Italian music, pasta eating contest and cool prizes to all...then finish the day with a KIDS 1 Mile race. Limited to just 450 Runners. (dogs, and strollers allowed)

Flat, Fast Trail Race on dirt and gravel trails.:

A flat course on gravel trails on COAL CREEK TRAILS. Some wide single track as well.

Race Starts and Finishes at Louisville Community Park- 955 Bella Vista Drive.

Parking- Free in and around neighborhoods:

Ton of parking is located around park and neighborhoods. DO NOT Park on Bella Vista- In front of park. Stay in neighborhoods.

Awards- 3 Deep for Age Groups:

Prizes adn Awrds 3 deep  19 under / 20-29 / 30-39 / 40-49 / 50-59 / 60+

Logo Bowl and Fork to all runners

Please arrive early. All ages allowed. Dogs and Strollers Allowed. 5k/10k Runners get Bowl and Fork and all you can eat. Kids get a FORK and Noodles MAC n CHEESE, and ice cream
