Join us for the Cops vs. Cancer Fun Run, a community event where local law enforcement teams up with cancer survivors, supporters, and families to raise awareness and funds for the Hereditary Cancer Foundation, a local nonprofit founded in memory of Omaha Police Officer Kamie Preston.

The Hereditary Cancer Foundation pays for genetic testing, offers a lift chair program for patients going through cancer treatment or recovery from surgery, provides recovery and chemotherapy bags, hosts monthly support group gatherings and offers patient navigation to walk with patients through their high-risk journey. 

Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, every step you take helps fight cancer and supports those who need it most.

This fun-filled day will feature a 5K run, family-friendly activities, and a chance to interact with local heroes while making a difference. Let’s show cancer that it’s not just a battle we fight individually, but together as a community!
