What is white labelling?

White labelling is a service we offer where all of our technology is available via your domain. For example, if your domain is www.MyDomain.com, event registration for your events would be www.MyDomain.com/Event/MyEvent.

Similarly, fundraising, volunteer, sponsorship, result, and other pages are also under your domain rather than www.RunningGuru.com.

What are the benefits?

The main benefit to white labelling is now all URLs and emails include your domain rather than the www.RunningGuru.com domain.

Here are additional benefits:

• All page URLs include your domain like www.MyDomain.com/Event/MyEvent
• All emails come from an email address at your domain such as Postmaster@MyDomain.com
• Your brand is promoted at the bottom of all event pages
• Your race director account is branded with your information
• Our normal fees are not effected (view Pricelist)

One client that uses our White Label service is Feat on the Street, www.FeatOnTheStreet.com. All of their pages like events, fundraising, volunteer, and so on reside under their domain and all emails come from Postmaster@FeatOnTheStreet.com.

What are the costs?

All of our normal fees are exactly the same when using the White Label service. There are a couple new fees as follows

• One-time setup fee: $500
• Yearly fee if you want secure SSL transactions: $70 (recommended)
• Email service for sending emails from your domain:
  • 10,000 emails per month FREE
  • Over 10,000 emails cost per month, click here.
