The Mud Aide Mud Run course is designed for one thing - Muddy FUN. Sure, some obstacles might be a little challenging for some, but this is an un-timed, bring-the-whole-family type of mud run! 12 and over can participate in any wave with special Family Waves for kids 6-11 accompanied by an adult.

Adults are welcome to run in the morning and run again for free with their kids in the family wave.

A Dozen (or so) Obstacles - Big & Small

There will be mud but there are also some fun and slightly challenging obstacles to tackle! Walls, cargo nets, tubes, balance beams, tires of ALL sizes to flip, crawl through, run over, carry.

We have created a course for safe, family-friendly fun. There are no awards and no timers. If you are feeling competitive then try one of our head-to-head waves, put together a team and challenge another team.

Obstacle designed by Race Director Brett Stewart of mudrunguide.com.
