Girls on the Run is an afterschool program that encourages girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles. It is a life-changing, experiential learning program for girls age eight to thirteen years old. The curriculum combines training for a 5K run/walk event with lessons that promote physical, emotional, and social development. |
