Well so you waited a bit to long to register online, you won't get left out in the cold, well not without some fun, you can sign up on race daay starting at 9 a.m.


Like our polar bear, a little cold never stopped you from a great time. So come on out and Bear it All at this year's Polar Bear 5K! The Polar Bear 5K Run & Walk and Kids Fun Run at Washington Park (part of the RunDenver Series). RunDenver Series: Includes 5 wonderful fun events including the Rudolph Ramble 5K, Polar Bear 5K, SuperBowl 5K, Valentine's Day 5K, and That Dam Run 13.1 and 5K! Schedule of Events

  • Course description:

    Starting in the SE side of the park, this course will take you on a beautiful run around and through Washington Park finishing next to the brick house on diagonal road in the middle of the park.

    Directions to start:

    Starting line is near the south east corner of the park.


    Please park in the South High parking lot or around the park perimeter.

  • Top overall Male & Female
  • Top three Male and Females in the following age groups: 12 & Under, 13 - 19, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69 and 70 & Over
  • 5K Race Walk: Top three overall Male and Females with results verified by USATF officials.

    Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Team Challenge is the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's endurance training and fundraising program. Through Team Challenge, you can run or walk 13.1 miles or train for a triathlon or cycling event while helping to find a cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, two chronic and often debilitating digestive diseases that impact 1.4 million Americans. Girls on the Run of the Rockies Girls on the Run is a nonprofit that uses the power of running to change the way girls ages 8 - 13 see themselves and their opportunities. Girls learn to stretch themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and socially while training for a 5K event. The Girls on the Run program educates and prepares girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Our program is offered at more than 100 schools and community centers in the greater Denver area. Each year, 50% of our participants receive scholarships to participate in the Girls on the Run program.

    Except for in-store registration locations, all bibs & t-shirts will be distributed on Event Day starting at 9:00 AM near the start line.
