Our event will take place on Sunday, October 14, 2012. It will run along the Clear Creek Greenbelt at Prospect Park.
This year, the course will be USA Track and Field certified and will be considered a Bolder Boulder qualifier.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 and have over 500 participants. The funds are needed to augment the learning environment at Prospect Valley Elementary.
This is a beautiful place to run, at the perfect time of year. This event winds through Prospect park along Clear Creek.

Course description:
Scenic run through Prospect park. Terrain is mixed. Nice flat course. Bolder Boulder qualifier.
Directions to start:
Start line is just off the main parking lot next to the creek. The race will head west along the side walk to the Trail head at Youngfield. Then turns back and takes a right between the ponds on the gravel path. Travels along the foot bridge around the pond and, back to the south side of the creek. Heads east to the trail next trail head/parking area. Turns north, across a bridge and back west to start/finish.
Parking:
Parking is provided free at the park. Overflow will be at Best Friends Pet boarding. Walking, cycling, or carpooling is encouraged.
Awards info:
Awards will go to top overall male and female finishers, and according to age groups. Special recognition will be given noteworthy teams.
Packet pickup:
Friday October 12th at Prospect Valley Elementary from 8-9am and 3pm-4pm. Or day of the race in the pavillion.
Registration info:
Includes race entry, T-shirt, goody bag and entry into prize drawings.
