An MX course, turned into a 5k obstacle course! This run will feature plenty of natural and man-made obstacles for you to conquer. All participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and a memorable experience! Our top finishers will receive a Spartan helmet to show that they conquered Pusheta Creek and came out on top. If you enjoy 5k races, you will not want to miss this event! Proceeds will go towards a local charity of the committee's choosing. Our committee is composed of local running/fitness enthusiasts who just want to share a fun and unique experience with other runners like you!

Course description:
When the committee saw the Pusheta Creek MX Course (which has hills, creeks, woods, and everything you need to make a challenging obstacle 5k) we knew that it was going to be a perfect fit. Located off of the beaten path in Fryburg, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, This course is Wapakoneta's best kept secret (unless you are a BMXer!). For most of the obstacles, we are taking advantage of what nature has already given us. We think you will love scenery and challenges that this course will bring.
We cannot speak for other runs like ours, but we can tell you that everyone on our committee is passionate about fitness and has experience with 5ks themselves. We have tried the course out ourselves and are so excited to share it with you! We are also excited about being able to give back to our community. Each year the committee will choose a local charity to donate proceeds to, so you can enter this race with confidence that you will have a great experience and will also be giving to a worthy cause!
Electronic Timing
Your timing tag will be on your bib number. Please be sure and wear your bib number on the front of your outermost piece of clothing so it is visible at the finish line.

Race day registration and packet pick-up will begin at 8:00 AM.
