Description:
Don' t miss the 11th annual running of the Half Marathon and 5K.
The Half is run on and around the scenic Fort Collins Bike Trail system.
The 5K follows part of the half marathon course and starts and finishes at
beautiful Buckingham Park.
Course description:
The 1/2 Marathon course runs over part of the Fort Collins Bike Trail system.
The half runs through parts of North Fort Collins residential area before joining the Bike Trail system which runs beside the beautiful Poudre River. When the course turns S. participants will enjoy running through Edora and then Spring Creek Park before returning to Fort Collins Streets. Course runs through old town and back to the start/finish line area making for a dcwnhill finish in Buckingham Park.
**The 5K follows a portion of the the half marathon course and finishes where the half marathon finishes at Buckingham Park
Start line and finish line are both located adjacent to Buckingham Park at 1st street and Lincoln Ave.
Parking:
Please do not park on Lincoln Avenue or any of the surrounding streets.
Instead park in the Fort Collins Parking Garage at E. Mountain Ave. and Oak St. and walk 1/2 mile northeast to Buckingham Park
Awards info:
Award Ceremony for the 5k begins at 9:00am
Overall 5K winners receive NB running shoes and divisional winner's receive medallions.
Award Ceremony for the 1/2 begins at 10:45am
All 1/2 marathon finishers will receive medals.
1/2 Marathon top 3 Male & Female winners will receive a pair of New Balance shoes and a commemorative medal as will the First Male and First Female masters winners.
Top 3 male and female divisional winners receive commemorative medals in the following divisions: Age 19 and under; 20 - 69 in five year increments; 70 and over

Timing is by Runlimited Timing which uses the bibtag system
The tag (chip) is affixed to the back of the participants
number. To receive a time participants must wear their
number on their front and cross the start and finish line mats.
Packet pickup:
Packets will be available for pickup beginning September 1st at Altitude Running 150 E. Harmony RD 2C Next to Buffalo Wild Wings in Harmony Market Place 970-377-8005 or you can pick up your packet the morning of the race at Buckingham Park beginning at 6:30am
