Description:
Run to Break the Chain is a volunteer-run 5k race and 1 Mile Fun Run with all proceeds going to Operation Underground Railroad, which exists to rescue children from sex trafficking.
We are honored to have our guest speaker, Sarah-Jane Vegas, share her story. She is a survivor of this horrific industry. Thankfully she was able to escape and now her greatest passion is to reach the women and children still trapped in the sex industry to bring them hope and support in their journey into freedom.

Course description:
This run will be held at the Kellogg Zaher Sports Complex which is located at Washington & Buffalo just off the Summerlin Parkway.

Directions to start:
Enter the Kellogg Zaher sports complex from Washington and Cimmaron. From there you'll see signs directing you to the starting line.
Parking:
There is more than ample parking in the parking lot at the center portion of Kellogg Zaher Park just off Washington at the Cimmaron entrance to the park.
Awards info:
There will be awards given for 1st and 2nd place in the different age groups.
Packet pickup:
Race packet pick-up will be on the same day as the race, Saturday, October 20. Come to the Kellogg Zaher sports complex as early as 1:00 p.m. on that day to pick up your packet.
